Arrhenius in stable production Fall allocation calls to open soon, Mimer becomes Sweden AI Factory ![]() Welcome to a new academic year Welcome to the first issue of our new monthly newsletter for NAISS users. Previously, most updates went to university representatives, but we want those of you using the infrastructure every day to hear directly about new systems, strategic developments, training and events. We’ll also rotate updates between our associate directors so you regularly hear from across the organisation. News NAISS Large Fall 2026 and LUMI Sweden Fall 2026 calls opening soon The two calls open mid-September and close 16 Oct at 15:00 CEST. They will be published in the NAISS User Area. The limits are both on individual compute resources an as a whole. Other news introduced this spring is that users must register publications resulting from the projects (and acknowledging the use of NAISS resources) via DOIs in SUPR, financial support is entered in a table with a row for each grant or similar instead of being a free-text field, NAISS has changed from the NAISS User Agreement to the NAISS General Terms of Use, and that users now have to acknowledge that NAISS storage resources are to be used for active data only.
